A catch-all email mailbox is one that collects all the email messages sent to non-existent addresses. For example, if your address is info@domain.com, but someone miswrites it and sends an email to inof@domain.com, it will still be received in the catch-all mailbox that you have created. Just one single mailbox per domain name can have this feature enabled and in this way you’ll never miss emails because the other side has an outdated email address or has made a spelling error. The drawback of using a catch-all mailbox is that you may begin receiving plenty of unsolicited bulk email messages, but this issue can be fixed by using anti-spam filtering software. It is also essential to bear in mind that a mailbox with an enabled catch-all functionality cannot forward inbound email messages to a third-party email address.

You’ll be able to create a catch-all email address with no more than one click if you have a semi-dedicated hosting with our company and your emails are handled by our cloud platform. All the email addresses that you create using any domain hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. Each of them will have a small-size "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate the feature will be to click that icon.
